These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Laced Temptation (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) in connection with returns, refunds, and cancellations of goods purchased through our online store. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.1 This Returns Policy forms part of our wider Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies exclusively to returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1.2 This Policy supplements, and does not limit, your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1.3 We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The version in force at the time of your return request will apply.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

  • “Business Day”: Any day other than a weekend or public holiday in England.
  • “Faulty Goods”: Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • “Store Credit”: A credit note valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • “Used Condition”: Goods that show signs of being worn, washed, soiled, or tampered with.

3. Eligibility for Returns

3.1 Returns are only accepted where goods are faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

3.2 Hygiene and Safety Notice: For hygiene reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Lingerie and underwear (bodysuits, panties, thongs, garter belts).
  • Open-crotch, bondage, or fetish products.
  • Hosiery and stockings once opened.

3.3 Goods returned in a Used Condition will not be eligible for refund and may be destroyed for hygiene reasons.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 Notify us at info@lacedtemptation.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence for faults.

4.2 Once authorised, return the goods within 14 days using secure, tracked, and insured shipping.

4.3 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.

5. Inspection and Approval

5.1 All returns are inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are worn, missing original packaging, or outside the return timeframe.

5.2 If rejected, no refund will be issued and goods may be destroyed without liability.

6. Refunds

  • 6.1 Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • 6.2 Store Credit is issued if the original payment method is expired.
  • 6.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty goods.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.

8. Cancellations

8.1 You may cancel purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for intimate apparel where hygiene seals are broken or customized goods.

9. Faulty Goods

You are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This excludes damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

10. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect abuse of the process or fraudulent activity. Suspected fraud may lead to account suspension.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, loss of profits, or costs arising from refused returns.
