These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Laced Temptation (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) in connection with your access to and use of our website and the purchase of goods sold via our online store.
By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Introduction and Scope
1.1 These Terms apply to all interactions including browsing our website, creating an account, placing an order, receiving delivery, or requesting a refund.
1.2 These Terms form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications.
1.3 We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
Interpretation: Headings are for convenience only. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
3. Eligibility and Obligations
- 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods.
- 3.2 You confirm that any details you provide are true and accurate.
- 3.3 Reselling goods for commercial purposes without consent is prohibited.
- 3.4 You are responsible for your account security and password.
4. Formation of Contract
4.1 An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The Contract is only formed upon dispatch of goods. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is required prior to dispatch. Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are indicative only. Risk passes to you upon delivery. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and local import taxes.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. For hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Lingerie and underwear (bodysuits, panties, thongs, garter belts).
- Open-crotch, bondage, and fetish items.
- Hosiery and stockings once packaging is opened.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene seals intact. Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
8. Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel certain purchases within 14 days. This does not apply to intimate apparel once unsealed or personalized goods.
9. Faulty Goods
Faulty goods are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Damage through misuse or failure to follow care instructions does not constitute a fault.

All content on this site belongs to Laced Temptation. Unauthorized copying or data scraping is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
14. Privacy & Data
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Marketing communications are sent only with explicit consent and can be opted out of at any time.
15. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order. We exclude liability for indirect loss, loss of profits, or delays beyond our control.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
